Zero Offset partners with the largest and most trusted carriers in the U.S. to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely. We strive to provide the fastest and most cost-effective delivery options available.

Please note: During periods of high demand, price increases, or staffing shortages, unforeseen delays may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.

Processing Times

  • Orders require processing time before shipment.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • Tracking information will be available once your order has been processed.
  • If we encounter any issues or delays, we will contact you within 48 hours by email or phone (calls may appear from the 562 area code).

In the event of a backorder, your item may ship directly from the manufacturer, or we will notify you of the estimated delay.

Before Installation

  • Verify that you received the correct products.
  • Remove a lug nut and confirm the thread pitch matches any hardware purchased.
  • Always test-fit wheels before mounting tires. Ensure there is no brake caliper or suspension interference.

Note: Mounted wheels and tires are not returnable.

We highly recommend having your tires and wheels professionally installed at Zero Offset.
Our shop uses state-of-the-art Hunter Engineering equipment to ensure precision mounting, accurate balancing, and proper TPMS calibration for optimal performance and safety.

Manufacturer Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s limited warranty. Zero Offset will assist with warranty claims, but coverage is subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

  • Shipping costs related to warranty claims are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Always hand-thread and torque lug nuts to the manufacturer’s specifications.
  • TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) may require a dealership reset at the customer’s expense.

Pricing & Product Images

In the event of a typographical or supplier pricing error, Zero Offset reserves the right to cancel and refund any incorrect orders.

Images on our website are for general reference. Your vehicle’s specific application may require a different size or offset than the one pictured (e.g., a 20x9 image shown for an 18x8 order). Please contact us before purchasing if you have any fitment questions.
