At Zero Verse, the team behind Zero Offset, we take great care to inspect every order before it ships—ensuring quality, accuracy, and proper packaging. That said, manufacturers can make mistakes, carriers can mishandle packages, and yes—even we might slip up from time to time. Or you might simply change your mind.
That’s why we offer a 30-Day Return Policy for most unused, unopened items. Please review the appropriate section below based on your purchase.

✅ Return Eligibility & Conditions

Items must be brand new, unused, unmounted, and unaltered

Must include original packaging, tags, components, and proof of purchase

Customer is responsible for return shipping, unless Zero Offset is at fault

Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

Mounted, scratched, or damaged parts from installation or test fitting
-
Wheels or tires that have been installed, driven on, or altered
-
Parts with signs of tool use, bolt marks, or threadlocker residue
-
Parts that are no longer current production
-
Any item not in resalable condition
Important:
Parts that have been bolted, test-fitted, or show physical wear cannot be returned for credit.
📦 Before Assembly – Please Check the Following:

Inspect the box and contents immediately. If the box is damaged, parts may be missing. Report this right away.

Confirm all parts match your packing list and bill of materials.

Ensure you received exactly what you ordered and that the parts fit your application before starting assembly.
💰 Restocking & Cancellation Fees

Orders canceled after processing may incur up to a 30% restocking fee
-
Restocking fees may increase to 35% depending on vendor terms
-
Fees are waived only if Zero Offset is at fault (e.g., incorrect or defective item)
🚚 Responsibility After Delivery
Once delivered, Zero Offset is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages at the delivery location.

We’ll review your request and, if approved, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with instructions.

Once returned items are received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method

Please allow 3–7 business days for processing

🗓️ What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order reserves an item before its official release date. You’re charged at checkout so there’s no need to track future payments.
❌ Pre-Order Cancellations & Refunds

Canceled pre-orders refunded to original payment method incur a 10% cancellation fee

Cancellation fees are waived if you opt for store credit

To cancel, use the "Chat With Us" widget on our site

Cancellation requests must be received before shipment

Orders paid via Shopify Installment Pay cannot be refunded
📦 Pre-Order Fulfillment

Delays may occur due to manufacturer or distributor issues

In the rare event we can’t fulfill your pre-order, we’ll issue a full refund, but no additional compensation will be provided

Release dates are estimated and subject to change. We update our product pages accordingly
📬 Shipping Guidance

Do not combine in-stock and pre-order items in one order. They will ship once all items are available

For pre-orders with different release dates, place separate orders to avoid delays

For customers using a NerdStash Account, contact us to consolidate shipping. We'll refund original shipping costs as store credit and invoice for accurate shipping once your items are ready
