    Disclaimer:
At Zero Offset, we take every precaution to ensure safe and precise tire and wheel installations using industry-leading equipment. However, while our tools and techniques are designed to minimize risk, Zero Offset is not responsible for any damages to wheels, tires, or vehicles during or after the service process. Used Tire Disclaimer:
Purchasing and installing used tires carries inherent risks. While we inspect used tires for visible defects, we cannot guarantee their safety, longevity, or structural integrity. Used tires are sold as-is, without any warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to tread life, durability, or safety. Zero Offset assumes no liability for failures, blowouts, or damage resulting from used tire purchases or installations.

    Torque & Retorque Requirements:
At Zero Offset, all wheels are properly torqued to manufacturer-recommended specifications during installation. However, due to thermal expansion, compression of new hardware, and settling of wheel components, it is critical for customers to re-torque their wheel lug nuts after 50-100 miles of driving to prevent loosening or detachment.

    Why Retorquing is Necessary:
Lug Nut Seating: New wheels, fresh installations, or re-mounted tires may experience slight shifts as the lug nuts settle into place.
Vibration & Road Conditions: Normal driving vibrations, potholes, and rough road conditions can contribute to lug nut loosening over time.
Thermal Expansion & Contraction: Changes in temperature can cause wheel materials to expand or contract, which may affect torque retention.

    Customer Responsibility & Liability:
Customers must retorque all lug nuts to the recommended specifications using a properly calibrated torque wrench after 50-100 miles.
Customers are welcome to return to Zero Offset for a complimentary retorque service within this mileage range.
Failure to re-torque may result in wheel detachment, loss of vehicle control, or serious damage or injury. Zero Offset is not liable for any damages, accidents, or injuries caused by improper torque maintenance.
By purchasing products or services from Zero Offset, customers acknowledge and accept these terms.
